This region boasts a rich gastronomic history, and among other things, the first official patent for a distillation still for producing brandy was registered here in 1909. In keeping with this heritage, we produce brandy in a traditional copper still with a capacity of 250 liters. Due to small batches and distillation without the use of columns, our brandy is of superior and strictly controlled quality with high aromatic performance. We use oak barrels from renowned European manufacturers for aging the distillate.
