The beginning of our house’s tradition dates back to 1896 when a fruit and vineyard school was established in Palić with a modern nursery. By the mid-twentieth century, it evolved into a modern and large enterprise, the Palić Cellar, a house whose orchards and vineyards stretched over several hundred hectares. Today, the Palić Cellar continues the tradition with renewed orchards and a modernly equipped cellar. The idea of the Palić Cellar is to preserve the unique character of ripe fruit and its natural aromas in brandies. Through joint effort, dedication, and knowledge, we invest all our energy, experience, and passion into the alchemy of creating the best brandies and spirits of superior quality.
