Hubert 1924 d.o.o. is a family distillery founded in 2007. We specialize in the production of natural fruit rakija made from quince, apricot, Williams pear, apple, plum, and grape. Our production program also includes cherry and raspberry liqueurs, bitters, as well as dry and pink gin. We own 15 hectares of our own orchards planted with apricot, plum, and quince. Our motto is “Whatever goes into the pot goes into the kettle,” meaning that we use only healthy and technologically ripe fruit for production. The production combines modern processing and fermentation methods with traditional distillation and aging techniques. We have won over 200 gold and grand gold medals for quality and design.
