The Đoković family founded the winery in Šumadija, in the village of Lipovac, near Topola. The vineyards, planted in 2018, are situated on one of the most attractive soils in Serbia, rich red earth with a southern exposure. Syrah is planted in areas with the most stones, while Chardonnay is situated in the limestone section, totaling 6 hectares—equally divided between red and white varieties. All planting material was imported from France, and strict care is taken regarding quality in the vineyard as well as in the wine production process. In this process, Đoković Winery uses barrels made of French oak. The winery spans 1,000 m², of which 600 m² is the production area, and the remaining 400 m² is for tasting and restaurant purposes, which will soon be open to visitors.
