Alimpic Distillery is a family-owned distillery located at the foot of the Cer mountain, an area traditionally abundant in plums and other fruits used to make Serbian rakija. In addition to Čačak varieties of plums, what sets us apart from other distilleries is the use of rare plum varieties such as jubilee, aženka, vižn, and opal, which give our plum rakija a unique character. The rakija is produced using handcrafted copper stills with a capacity of 500 liters, where our Jubilee rakija is obtained through double distillation. The rakija matures in oak barrels with capacities of 225 liters, 500 liters, and 750 liters.
