GeN is the region’s most modern distillery of spirits (brandy). The optimal market capacity is up to 2,000,000 liters of pomace, i.e. 150,000 – 200,000 bottles of toasted brandy per year. To produce distillates, we use top-quality equipment made in the best Serbian tradition.
Our brandy is born from fruit, love, and knowledge. We search for the soul of brandy and create premium quality. We nurture the natural process of making and maturing brandy from plums of the “Čačanska Lepotica” variety, William pears, and quinces.
We planted the first plantings of rakija saplings in Lipar in 2017. An exceptional microclimate and expert orchard management ensures that we have healthy growth, quality crops, and a good yield. At 230 m above sea level, on over 15 hectares, we grow plums of the Čačanska lepotica variety. William pear plantations cover an area of 10 hectares. We harvest quince for brandy from 10 hectares of our property.
We use water from the lake inside the property to irrigate the orchard.
