Once we grew from a hobby into a winery, we seriously committed to its modernization, and on a path paved with perseverance and hard work, we progressed from the first stainless steel tanks to a cellar equipped with the latest technology for stable temperatures, controlled fermentation, the use of the best yeasts, and cold stabilization, which we are particularly proud of. Covering an area of 8 hectares, we produce around 30,000-35,000 liters of wine annually.
