Stanković Winery is a new name on the local wine scene, attracting attention with a silver medal at Decanter 2023 for its Cabernet Sauvignon.
It tells the story of three vineyards—Braničevo, Oplenac, and Rajac—with a clear philosophy of creating premium wines that reflect the land they come from.
Located in Rabrovo in the Mlava region, which belongs to the Braničevo vineyard area, the winery was founded in 2020, producing its first small batch of just 300 bottles.
Today, production has increased to 10,000 bottles for both the “Cabernet Sauvignon” and “Chardonnay” labels. All wines age exclusively in French oak, made from the finest grapes sourced from partner vineyards, over which their team has full oversight during cultivation.
They are currently building a new winery with a capacity of 20,000 liters and expanding their vineyard by 2.5 hectares.
