NOVAK Winery is a family winery, behind which there are years of professional work, created on the basis of a large Tartcomvin winery in the village of Tartaul in the south of Moldova. Moldova may be small in size, yet it boasts an immense potential in viticulture, particularly noted for the rapid and successful development of its small to medium-sized wineries. Located in southern part of the country, Novak Winery benefits from optimal viticultural conditions. The region features gentle elevations, abundant sunshine, a warm climate, and unique soil compositions, all contributing to a terroir that distinctly influences the character of our wines. Each bottle from Novak Winery is a testament to uniqueness and originality, standing out distinctly on wine boutique shelves. We take pride in our efforts to revive old and unique grape varieties, such as Alb de Onițcani and Floricica. Initially developed in the 1960s, these varieties were nearly lost to history until their rediscovery by our winemakers. These grapes have not only become a signature of Novak Winery but have also garnered multiple awards at international wine competitions. Furthermore, being part of a larger winery allows us to offer bulk wines as well.
