MV Winery is located in Central Serbia in the area called Mojsinje Holy Mountain, in the triangle of the three Moravas, where the South and West Morava form the Great Morava.
The winery is engaged in sustainable, organic grape production, certified in accordance with organic principles. It is one of the first organic wineries in Serbia. In the winery, maceration and spontaneous fermentation occur exclusively on natural yeasts, without sulfur and other agents. The fermentation usually lasts from 18 to 22 months.
Chardonnay and Tamjanika are orange wines.
There is no intervention from the winemaker, or only minimal intervention.
The wines are not filtered or clarified.
