Just a few kilometers from Niš, along the Niš-Sofia highway, on the path of Roman emperors, the Malča Cellar, established in 1903, represents a unique multi-century synthesis of the wine routes that have crossed, intertwined, and ultimately merged into a fairy tale worth mentioning in this area. The cellar narrates this fairy tale through its extraordinary blend of the traditions and cultures of Roman emperors, Serbian rulers, and ancient winemakers. Wine and history enthusiasts can experience a Journey Through Wine Time at this unique location by visiting four wine houses from four different historical epochs and learning various methods of wine cultivation. The brand of the cellar is Roman House with amphorae. In addition to this, visitors can expect: the Serbian House from the mid-20th century, the Nemanjić House, and the Modern Winery with stainless steel vessels.
